YAYAYAY I FIXED THE HEADER AND NAV BAR... EDIT nvm i jinxed it and spent like 2 hours fixing an error i made like 2 months ago that exploded everything

Start of the actual documented updates...sites been in development from like may (at least this version) but whatever...did the homepage but i need to spice it up it looks too infantile and like a carrd which i heavily dislike. oh well trust the process.
